Washingtonian Magazine – 100 Very Best Restaurants Issue
Last Wednesday we received some extremely flattering news. Washingtonian Magazine, the most respected restaurant-reviewing magazine in the DC-Metro area, released its January 2010 issue titled 100 Very Best Restaurants. Cava was named #45 in the list. That in itself is very exciting. We were named among some really great DC-area restaurants, many of which are well-established landmarks on the DC restaurant scene! Even more flattering, however, Cava owners Dimitri Moshovitis, Ted Xenohristos, and Ike Grigoropoulos were named Washingtonian Magazine's 2010 Restauranteurs of the Year. Check out the article on page 66 of the January 2010 issue of Washingtonian Magazine titled RESTAURANTEURS OF THE YEAR: THEY CREATED CAVA. We will post a link as soon as it is available online.
